Position: Investment Banking Associate/Analyst


Commencement Date: March 2021

Location: Beijing/Shanghai/Hong Kong


Job Description:


1.To assist in transactions, including conducting due diligence, executing transactions, communicating with clients, and analyzing financial data.

2.To collect company information, conduct industry, and company analysis.

3.To assist project managers in arranging meetings and liaising with partners, potential investors. 

4.Prepare weekly meeting material, company promotions, and other admins.


Who we think will be a great fit:


1.MBA or equivalent education. China 211 project university, 985 project university or oversea reputational university preferable. Fund certificate qualification preferable.

2.Strong people skills, written skills.

3.Mathematical capability, and sound financial, accounting fundamentals preferable.

4.Fit in four principles of company culture "Integrity, Dedication, Professionalism, Efficiency".

5.Possess personal attributes of strong responsibility and righteousness.

6.Pass written test and interview.


Salary range: Negotiable, year-end bonus would be dispatched subject to financial performance of the company when the candidate is converted to a full-time employee. The probation period of converting to a full-time employee is 3-6 months in common practice.
